WHO WE ARE

PCHC is founded by Dian Prince. For many years Ms. Prince worked in various areas of the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse. She was employed in a hospital emergency department, she worked as a travel nurse and provided nursing care in various cities and communities. Ms. Prince worked in medical surgical practice/family medicine, including patients receiving hospice care, where she experienced firsthand how to care for the most vulnerable population in our society. She also worked with the geriatric population in senior homes facilities where she fell in love with senior care and evoked in her a strong desire to continue working with the geriatric population. As a result, the inception of this home care agency, PROVIDING CARE HOME CARE was born.
